Cancellation/Refund Policies

Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy if the product is damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mgrowoth.in with your order details and a description of the damage.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please email us at support@mgrowoth.in with your order number.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions: Custom reports and digital products are non-refundable unless defective.
Exchange: In case of defective or incorrect items, we will provide an exchange or refund based on the customer's preference.​
